Hot oatmeal with cinnamon, brown sugar, cream and a touch of maple syrup plus choice of bacon, sausage or ham.

RIDGE RUN
French toast: 3 slices with cinnamon sugar, real maple syrup and choice of bacon, sausage or ham.

SWISS BORDER
Waffle made with organic flours, topped with fresh fruit, whipped cream, real maple syrup and choice of bacon, sausage or ham.

VISTA WAY
Two eggs with homefries, toast and bacon.

GLIDE PATH
Three egg omelet with home fries, toast and bacon, sausage or ham.

BEAVER BEND
Eggs Benedict with two poached eggs and Canadian bacon, atop a grilled English muffin with homemade hollandaise sauce and homefries.

RIVER RUN
Smoked salmon on a bed of mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, red onion and capers with a toasted bagel and cream cheese.
